• What you are looking for: a new truck, parts, or service

We do not ask for payment information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the lead form.

• Contact you about the new Western Star truck, parts, or service you asked about
• Provide a quote or follow up on your inquiry
• Respond to questions you send us

We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share It

We may share your information only as needed to respond to your inquiry - for example, with Meta Platforms, which operates Facebook and Instagram and delivers the lead form, and with our own staff who handle sales, parts, and service. We do not share it for third-party advertising unrelated to All Truck Parts & Equipment.

How Long We Keep It

We keep lead-form information for as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and maintain our sales records, then delete or anonymize it when it is no londer needed.
